The Avalon Walnut Creek Comprehensive Sign System was designed for a mixed-use residential community with ground-level retail along a main thoroughfare adjacent to the Pleasant Hill BART transit system. The project encompassed three large residential buildings, parking garages, and retail spaces, requiring a cohesive and intuitive signage strategy across the property. I developed all location plans, copy lists, and designed a full signage system for all branding, identification, wayfinding, and regulatory signage—both exterior and interior—ensuring clarity, consistency, and a seamless user experience throughout the site.
